not yet but the best quotes i had for my sherpa and my other transit,
i got from adrian flux and hill house hammond

there was no restictions on mileage either.

I think I will give adrian a call then as at the minite I think im at a quote for £480 for my mk 1. I had a Mk 1 Ice Cream van before and to insure that for buisness was £900. Considering I now have 1 more years no claims and this is for personel use only its a bit of a piss take that my cheapist quote is £480

at least hes had a good life so far. its a sad day when they finally go, ive lost quite a few in the past the most recent approx a week ago she was 17 and lost her hearing 2yrs previous, died in her sleep.

you maybe surprised your cat could live a lot longer than you think my sister had one from the cat rescue which was born in 1984 and had to be put down last year as all her organs were failing and it was unfair to have her suffer just for a few more days.

my persian cross is 3yrs old and I have had her at my side since she was a few weeks old, one of twins. my sister had the other.

We've got dogs (see anybody got pets? in non transit talk), and just once I would like one to pass away peacfully in thier sleep. Our oldest is 16, and had a stroke on his 16th birthday, but has recovered well. We brought him home from the vet's on the day he was born in a transit! He's the tall one at the back.

i got cheaper than that and im only 22 now when i had the quote for the mk1 camper in my own name i was 19 and it was £410 with no no claims bonus and thats three years ago.
its only £275 for me too insure my mk5 cortina with no no claims to add to the policy and the cortina is with http://www.cis.co.uk but they wont insure campers as they class them as modified vans

Thats mad i don't understand that Im now 24 with 6 years no claims. I rang cis they told me they dont insure campers. they then tryed to put it throught on a classic policy but it had to be under 25 years old.

Please let me know if you get any quotes and who you get them off

His dad made it to 18 and 9 months! Also a transit dog, loved our first Mk1.

one consilation is that they have a good long life, as the could have ended up abandoned or with cruel owners. some of the punishments people get for cruelty to animals is a joke , many is the time ive threatened people over abusing their animals. and i dont mean petty things like shouting either.

one thing i can stand is animal cruelty.............

should be doing it in the next week or so. i will probably try hill house hammond first as they do the classic policy. and what CIS told you about 25yrs is crap they insure upto 30yrs because they insured my 1977 mk2 escort ghia. but wont insure my 1974 landrover as its over 30yrs, you get a better discount if you insure with cis online

could have something to do with your postcode, i live in a very low risk area living in a quiet area of south wales so it affects my insurance, i know that people with london address pay a lot more than i would. or am i wrong?

I think you could well be right. Where I live I would of thought it would be cheap for insurance as its a nice area but who knows
