No they are mild steel exept for the flexi parts who are stainless :D

Welded up a lot of holes from the radio, tachometer, switches etc today and removed the wiring, heater, top pad, instruments, wipermotor etc :D

Not sure about welding the hole for the heater fan and move it to the original position under the dashboard

Good craftmanship Ketil! 8) Didn't know they could rust so badly on the roof too... :( But you've solved that problem too :wink:

Thanx :D Got the same problem on the right rear corner also, not so much on the roof but more in the door opening upper part :roll:

Done a lot of work on the right side doorstep etc but bought a new cellphone and my computer goes straight to "bluescreen" when i connect it to the cellphone :shock:
Will figure it out I hope :D
Got my electric power steering this weekend and the splines to connect the steering wheel were the same :lol: Was an easy match.

More welding done but my PC do not like my Iphone so I got no pics to show :???:
Nearly finished the right side step etc (a lot of rust there but not anymore :D )
