all running now, just the front end to refit and replace the crank pulley 8)

Is your heat shield ( roughly between servo and bulkhead centre ) part of the sound proofing or a separate part Guy ?

i have a proper shield around the servo and the rest is stuck to the soundproofing

I've just bought a mk6 115T350 jumbo DRW van, and I'm dribbling at the thought of a 200 motor.
