Gonna try to view it again Saturday, last time Friggin estate agent never showed!

Will defo need trees doing and there's enough room for a triple garage and still leaves huge garden!

oh yeah the rear access is via a small almost cul-de-sac which only serves the house we like... council offered it to owner already so we can snap it up - got space for like 5 vans heheheheehe :D :D :D

well the boy turned up! shouldnt say boy but he was well young...

put in an offer, stc, will see tuesday if our buyer is full of it or genuine

might be in new house in a matter of weeks!!!!

James- trees- conifers :evil: can all go or get hacked the fek back, guess theres 5 or 6 of em. will need brush cutter or similar strimmer on roids type affair too

might actually get to fix door handle tomo.... has any one ever removed the sld handle(outer)

i presume i get in van shut door pull off card and remove screws etc to free up entire handle ??
