The viewer actually came early and loved it.... Obviously it could all go tits up at any time but it looks like were on the up! house wise! plus Emma been asked to start monday they were that impressed with her!!!

just need to get mortgage sorted and see if our second offer sticks, only £2500 off the £174,995 askin price so the owners are chewing it over tonight :P

Just about to order a celebratory ruby MMMMMM :D

Excellent. I'm tied up for the next 2 weekends but deffo can be free after. Just give dates. Also get your new keys early and you can start moving sooner!! Make life easier. Hope you get all sorted tho!!
