Ron,, again, THANKYOU so much for your help,
remembered brolly yesterday lol, no rush!
will have some nice thick cable for next time we meet, so we can do fridge and perm live for the 12s!

think(note italics!) the skip was a 6 yarder, just awaiting it to be collected!

was gonna post house pix on here, but will most likely do a thread in the non transit talk bit so i dont get people bitching about not being a social networking site
despite this site sorta being used socially by everyone...

the garden looks even bigger now!

i fixed the missin fence panel with timber left down side of house!

and bonus, already executed one magpie!

possibly got a bee's next under house by patio doors, seen at least 10 now (squashed 8) going down gap between house and slab, wouldnt mind em if they was in trees but its right below Aarons window so unfortunately for them, there time is limited to when i get some cement from mate at work!

Be organising an Essex meet in my back yard to all those who might be local enough. Im less than a mile from old house and the 2010 Diner.
have parking easily for 10- 15 vans/cars!!!
wont be able to offer much in way of food but have 3 kfc, 5 maccy d, 20+ pizza/kebab shops/vans a short distance from here
AND I HAVE AN URN FOR TEA N COFFEE!!

just thought a pre Weald meet could be good and as we have no venue (til now) i can even put up 27 foot gazeebo if it rains!

anyone interested, let me know, ill PM my address as for obvious reasons i dont wanna post it on here especially now i have a mini-me! :D :D

ps thanks again Ron n Daryl!! :P

Im back , jack!!

actually had some time to work on the van today. cut up and mounted second manifold plate and loosely fitted with 6 new gaskets.
Image

will have to loosen the two downpipe bolts and tighten up manifold, then add crush gasket to the manifold outlet to downpipe.

then only leaves pas pump and seat belts and windows and carpet and metal and respray on list of things to do!

realistically last two wont get done now probably til next year due to funds :(

Just managed,by flourescent worklight, to drop pas pump and reservoir down on the floor, all still attached to rack.
have un scrrewed the spare(knackered) donor pump fitting, long shot it might even mate with the ford stuff, if not ill be able to get a "........ pug fitting to banjo"
pipe made up so i can fit the new leccy pump (that defo works cos i just christened the car battery i found on the shed roof :P )

finally getting somewhere then i hear bats over head, confirming its now too dark to work

more soon folks

i WILL have switchable PAS for North Weald!!
