MK5 120 SWB Low roof with alloys

Postby MinorMatt » Sat Jan 14, 2012 11:34 pm

Just to get you all going I have got another van! Some of you may have seen it around in W.London and it used to belong to one of the moderators...

But its now stuck in my workshop so you will have to wait a fortnight for pics!

I have some "interesting" ideas for this - it will definately be something a bit different!

10 ;)

2 twin wheel axles on the back

Its staying the same length and keeping 4 wheels - you will have to wait and see

All the bits are still attached...

TBH rust is beginning to break out in the front doors and the SLD...

The rear doors which are pretty good may be avaliable for sale soon though

Thought that van was being broken Andy G. Nada had a load of bits from it........................doors etc.
It was :!:
But Nada loved the way it drove so much and with a very quiet Di, kept using it :!:

Then a builder she knew wanted a clean looking reliable van for a London contract, so it was sold to him to use until the LEZ kicked in

I don't think she's had any bits off it :? :|

Helluva weight for a Mini engine and box to pull, but TWO mini engines mid mounted might work out well
