I have installed a radiator It is a universal high capacity small block ford V8 so I hope it is large enough. I will install an electric fan in front of it. It is mounted on rubber both in top and bottom.
I guess it could be worse Is it possible to buy the inner and outer lower back corner? I was thinking England, I don't think it is possible to find them in Norway. If not, I will have to make them as best as I can. One thing is sure, there is not going to be any rust on this car
The outer real lower corner panel is available in the UK, but just the right hand side is in stock at the moment. The inner part is not available at the moment.
I would be happy to post one to you in Norway if it would help.

Thank you Tim for offering your help But I found the outer left corner on oldpartstore.net and got it in the mail today The inner left corner I have not found anywhere so maybe not possible to get? I can put a flat plate there but one with right profiles would look much better. But it will probably only be me that would ever look under there so maybe not so important I don't think I will need the right corner since it is in better condition
I have decided to strip the whole car and sand blast it So I started a few days ago. And this is my progress so far
I am not able to take off the last two windows. They are the type that can be opened in the back. Maybe someone have taken them off? Next step is to take off engine, trans and axles. I like these old Transits, so easy to work on
I have just started the job to remove all paint and rust:) But behind the fenders there are some type of plastic like rust protection that are very difficult to remove. Sandblasting doesn't help. Does anyone have some advise? maybe some liquid that will melt it? I think the color on the car is called Java Green, but I am not sure, anyone here that know? I found this Java green Escort, looks good
I have started to weld the rust and sand blast it. As usual you discover 5 times more rust than you thought(or hoped for) Here is a hole I found in the front corner: and now it is gone The welding is not perfect but if you want to do that, it will take forever
Finally some real progress The engine bay has been primed with 2 k epoxy primer. First I removed all the nasty putty Ford used and sandblasted everything, then welded the rust holes. Sandblasted the welded spots and then it was time for primer.

The hole will actually have to be even bigger when I fit the Holset HX52, but my girlfriend is slim and my child is 5 so they will fit too And cold feet will be of no concern any more
