Never seen anyone pull away so fast in a transit! hi CE, I reckon it’s about 25 to the gallon, I was measuring in engines at one point though! But me and puk haven’t been on a proper trip for a while either. What’s your thinking?

Hi J.C. hope you & the gang are all good, took Eve for m o t on the 1st of May ? passed with a few
adviso's one of them was the larger tyres had touched the arch on the odd occation, so when i got
back to the ranch i set about flaring the wheel arches, i had asked a so called friend of mine if he
would do it for me over the last couple of months but to no avail, so armed with a club hammer
& heave dolly i went to work, after smashing it for about twenty minitutes a side i then changed
to a smaller hammer & dolly & spent half an hour getting it into a reasonable shape, i then got a
length of stainless steel bundy piping & cut a slot in it with an angle grinder, bent it to shape as
i happered it over the sharp edge & welded it in position, as can be seen in the photo's, i then
filled sanded & primed the arches to be finished at a later date when i can find someone reliable
to paint them for me, also while i have the motor in the air, i have decided to fit larger disc's on
the front axcle ? not that it needs them but the ones on there were a tad small for the calipers,
best wishes to all Raymondo.
ps here is if i can manage it some pics.

Lookin nice CE and good to hear from you as always, not sure if you might be better putting work piccys on your thread though?

We are still battling with engine gremlins so still no mania but as always I am hopeful for the summer having missed the last couple

Hi DR, we had to change the valves on the head and the piston rings. Mutts had a very long day yesterday while we put it all together (please note, that’s the royal we...). But it’s all back in now and I’m in testing mode
