Mk6 Transit Van

Postby transit mark » Thu Mar 21, 2013 9:06 pm

I now finally have a decent van.

145,000 miles
Full service history, ex hire van and then sold to a home company. Most of the history is from Ford
2 previous owners
Has tax and test

Short term plans are to remove the wooden shelving from the rear and fit a proper bulkhead and sort some of the small rust patches on the sills and paint them.

So far i have removed the shelving and the bulkhead as i couldn't move the seat. Replaced the number plate lights as they didn't work. Looked into why i dont have a warning buzzer when the lights are on and the switch on the door post is knackered.

Also got my beacons fitted on the roof, wired the indicators, side lights and brake lights up.
