So, following on from viewtopic.php?f=13&t=130704...

Decided to go for it, I have now made the journey further up north and collected an engine, loom, ecu, edis6, afm etc and am starting the conversion. I'll let some of the pics do the talking...

Nearly there...

Mid engined Fiesta 8) It was now lowered by 7"

145 Petrol/LPG engine that is being replaced

Engine is out..

Hmm, what do we need to do now (apart from scrap the other car at the back)

Hopefully I'll win the 2.9 4x4 'box later for the front end.

LPG kit is here
Clutch is ordered, need a spigot bearing, have flywheel.
Need a starter motor, when I get the box, I'll know which to get.
Think a new rad is needed, can any of you Derv Mk7 owners measure the thickness of your rad please?
Will have to plumb a return fuel line in by the looks of it. wonder if a 1/2" tank connector will do with a few reducers

Comments welcome, keep checking for updates!

Cheers Chris, If you could measure the thickness of the rad next time you have the bonnet open and post up, that would be great, Thanks.

Looks to be 40mm core, roughly 120mm inc the fan gubbins on the back
