got it on the road now, bought as non runner, 250 delivered 100000 k on clock, 2.5di.

upon getting it we got it started but would stall after about a minute. changed filter and still no joy. so we took off fuel tank drained all of the "cherry" out of it (the c**ts :P) and there was a sweet wrapper stuck up the intake pipe. so that was sorted

replaced the smashed drivers side window

took it for mot failed on brake disks and some welding on chassis!!!!! (stood for a year)

full service

replaced all interior an some parts of dash that were missing.

now on road 2 weeks..........

oil light come on, hard to start from cold and slight knocking noise....

replaced oil switch oil light still on

now starting on only 3 then after driving a while come onto 4 very noisy.

replaced injector pump adjusted timing like a sewing machine (as much as a transit can) starting great from cold.

oil light now intermittently comes on when revving it flashes at different brightnesses. any ideas?????????????????

now when reversing on full lock there is a knocking sound from drivers side strut (replaced track rod end to no avail, it does have power steering) any ideas??????????

now awaiting swb tipping body os arch ns wing (full respray)

anyone in tyne and wear area have a swb tipping body?

sorry for the long read....
