Happy to see him getting some appreciation, and looking forward to the updates!! Was great to meet you both and see him off to. Happy new lease of life :)

Nice to meet you too ... and we shall certainly treat him to a good tidy up. Hopefully see you again in Devon!

Right - rough plan of action!

1. Go over him with a fine tooth comb this weekend and make a list of things to do (in addition to the MOT fail list  )
2. Sort out the MOT required jobs that I can do. Locate spares as required.
3. Trailer Baz down to Tim (who has already been given a heads up and is getting parts together).
4. Tim to complete welding & put Baz through his MOT (which he will pass  )
5. Drive Baz home and over the summer complete the non-essential but desired jobs to return him to his former glory.
6. See whether I can afford a respray! Outside my skill set, so will have to have it done by someone else.

Progress and pics will be logged on this thread.

Just a bit  (about half the best price of same size tin of WD) was going to stock up with plenty to bring down but struggled to almost give stuff away last year so this time I'm only fetchin stuff that's been asked for and stuff that I think will (or rather should) move :?:
