Baz has a new home!

Postby ColinJack » Sat Jul 05, 2014 6:04 pm

I finally decided that Baz the Mk2 camper was too good to scrap, so bought him ...

Originally named after Barrie McDermott - Leeds Rhinos star and now Head of Youth Development at the club.
It is a professional Holdsworth conversion, originally a pop-top and then when that rotted it was replaced with a fibreglass roof.

This will be a slow and steady rebuild as time and money allow - but looking forward to the challenge.
Will update the thread over the next few months.

My daughter has already flagged up an interest! Lot of work to do but my wife and I are looking forward to restoring him to his former glory. He deserves it!

It gets worse ... they used to have a smiley and we always boasted that we had a Mk3 ... now the opportunity to have a Mk2 (and better us) will really be a temptation.
