Righto thought id update a bit as its been a few weeks, the loom is now 99% finished just a fuse box to strip right down and tape everything up.

Been shopping too an bought a few parts for the tourneo, got a pair of swivels for the front seats bagged a dash cluster from a mondeo st200 for the princely sum of 5 quid! (Just as a spare as it was so cheap!!) and a set of morrette headlights from a mk4 escort that I was going to mod and fit but decided im gonna sell on as its a shame to chop em.

The engine/box is now out of the van and it won't be going back in, the next time the engine will run it will be in the tourneo :D

Ive also started to gather parts for my second project that the jagvan will be the donor for

Anyway a few pics as its the pics that tell the storey better

Did a bit of investigating this morning while the engine/box is out looking to see what the problem was with my clutch at weald, anyway me and luke seem to think that the stroke from the slave cylinder was too much on a 110k original clutch and me giving it the beans off the line led to it giving up as up to that point it had been fine! :x :?

They say a picture speeks a thousand words but this says to me a new clutch kit is gonna be on order!

Cheers! it is a ford engine (was built when ford owned jaguar) so to speek so not too far from home  but yeah its been a testing build, its as though its fought me nearly every step of it but alas I got an offer of another van in far better condition as this 1 is quite bad rot wise so all the engine/box mounts/wiring etc will be going into that so not a complete loss :?
