I have been looking at the 3D stuff, don't know what the bloody difference is though, I'll have to order some at 3am when I cant sleep  Where do you purchase the 2D stuff that'll do for the door cards. N

I got told it needs heating up to 90 degrees
Chris Wilkinson got his flocked which was like a suede affect, looked nice :-)

You'll probably be OK on door cards tho. :-)

I was thinking of just doing the bits around the (factory) radio place, dial surround and the bit where the head light switch is, as well as the door cards :P
flocking is nice, very rally car style not cheap though, I might look at that stretch carpet stuff the camper lads use to cover the rest of the dash :D
I saw some snake skin effect vinyl wrap but cant remember where I saw it. N

What about the water transfer/dipping? Loads of affects and there's a loads of places that do it now. My neighbour had some dash parts in his Porsche done and his bike wheels done in carbon effect

Or diy it

Now that's an idea :D I'll look into the dipping, if I remember correctly there's a place in Northwich that does it but the diy stuff looks a good option, now where's her bank card  N

Not updated for a while been busy, had to fit a new (used) front spring,
WP_20171126_12_28_16_Pro.jpg

While at the junkyard found some heated electric mirror casing and switch,
WP_20171209_17_00_00_Pro.jpg

Switch panel fitted, needs painting or carbon fiber wrap, not sure which yet,
WP_20171210_11_45_32_Pro.jpg

Fitted team henko wind deflectors,

Now just need to pick up the new tailgate and start the airbrushing on it and do the other plans I have for the van :D N

Had a coolant leak from this metal pipe
IMG_20180303_123955.jpg

Thought it was a pin hole until I sanded it down
IMG_20180303_130254.jpg

A bit of weld soon fixed it
IMG_20180303_132739.jpg

Also found a split in my boost pipe
IMG_20180303_123946.jpg

Duct taped up for now while I await a new one.
Also got the new oil catch can,
IMG_20180303_115448.jpg

Just need to plumb it in now, shame its not blue but hey it'll do. N
