No, the last 1 wasn't, this 1 was all floppy inside anyway, there's washer rings that you can swivel around and they change the angle of it as they are wavy :D

I expect with you having yours set on single lock to close and single open to unfold, it all works fine? :P I was so close to removing the whole lot today :?

Have you mastered opening/closing of the windows with the fob yet :?:  :P

Spent most of the day being lazy because I have a very heavy trolley jack and axle stand in the garage and knew I'd have to invest in hauling it out to the main road to use it in order to be able to get under the van, anyway I finally plucked up enough come the fook on to attempt it.

So the plan, fix the drip coming from the steering rack pipe union, :? 18k miles you think it would be OK

And refit my extra pulley on the crank that powers the 3rd belt aux for 2nd alt and the powerall system.
It was catching the inner wing so I had it put on a large to remove the outer face and I bought a v rib belt that had 1 less v and that would give me more room between the engine and inner wing, the sound it made haunted me lol.

So I found 2 o rings which was part of the space heater kit would you believe  that slotted over both pass pipes and sealed them. 8)

And the pulley is on and not jumping over or anything. I'm made up really 8) next job, tow bar wiring. Could still do with loots lair though :?

The original o rings look ok, they're stiff I think nylon green. There's a flange where it locates in the hole and I found 2 rubber o rings that went to this and got squashed when I pushed the pipes in, for power steering pipes I guess the pressure isn't much but I still think that it is inadequate :x

Bloody Ford.

Did it have that set-up when you bought it? Mine has something similar: an extra crankshaft pulley but driving a second aircon compressor. As I've a spare alternator I did consider mounting that in place of the compressor, on the same bracket.

Mine has the powerall system as it was a Hilti van.
It also has Aircon so i have a big belt and a little belt on the double crank pulley but then there's another pulley that has the extra non standard belt for the extra alternator. Which powers the powerall box which adjusts power and revs to the inverter 240v and the 110v site output.

You can probably buy the brackets from powerall for the extra alternator, I enquired about replacing my pulley and they wanted 150 quid

My van was registered on December 17th 2015 so when do I Mot it?
Tax tends to be a day earlier that 12 months doesn't it so so I assume I do it 3 days earlier or is it 2 or just the same date as registration.

Could end up with multiple speeding fines here plus no mot which means no insurance so now I'm a big time criminal and looking at 5 years to life in prison

Be in tv and in news papers

Some serious sh*t about to go down here chaps.
