Finally got around to connecting the solar panel to the charge controller and leisure battery but then had to redo some of the 12v electrics due to a dodgy fusebox that somehow managed to make some circuits live despite there not being a fuse in the slot for that circuit

I had fitted one of these as I figured it would simplify the electrics with just one cable running to the positive side and then all the negatives coming back to the neg busbar on the fusebox.
Led telltale is meant to light up when a fuse blows.

I put one fuse in it to power the internal ceiling lights only, no fuses in the other 5 ways, 2 of the telltales lit up as they should and the other 3 circuits became live. The ceiling lights came on but we're very dim and flickering.
I checked all the connections to make sure it wasn't something I'd done then realised the fuse box was a pile of crap, so that's all been changed now.
New radio has been bought and just waiting for the fascia adapter to arrive
