picked another v8 up yesterday



as when i stripped the other down it had ripped the teeth off the timing gears an had valve contact

i spy an MT75 on the end of it

mocked up pal still tryin to find one ov them plates if not gona make one

how does the rover V8 starter mount will that be a problem with the adapter plate

cant tell till i get the plate pal il mod it any way, one way or the other its goin in

sorry bout no updates but sadly there aint any ,bin realy busy(self employed mechanic ) but also bin waitin for bits to arrive

not much ov an update but just about got the mt75/v8 sorted ,got a 390 holley comin next week ,desperately need some 4 branch manifolds got all bits to rebuild engine but got to get a high lift cam yet

block is now at engineers(head bolt snapped off in block )an havin block skimmed ,got a 3.9 cam(new off ebay £40)carb set up has arrived and got mi 4 branch manifolds aswell ,as for gearbox adaptor its not as easy as i thought but when ive done it an it works il give more details
