They are a good looking wheel,on just about any classic car/van. I can't wait to get tyres fitted and have the van on the ground again... once i decided i was going away from the Transit PCD there wasn't really an option on what i was going to put on it!

Tyre size has been decided, will order 4 new ones in the morning. Tyre clears and fills the arches nicely.ImageImage

I went for 215/70-15's, 8 plys, nice solid good size tyres.

Love your work mate...
Just picked up a mk 2 myself and was looking for ideas, love the way your doing the matching paint on the esky and the van.
Got myself a mk2 esky i`m going to do up and might do the same sort of thing, will look incredible together.
Keep up the good work, you`ve inspired another english ford fan today!
Cheers

Awesome!!!
And inspirational too...
Now I've gotta get the '69 bus back frommy mate's place and start working on it...and I LOVE those minilites...don't supose they make them to fit twin wheelers...

I'm surprised by how easily that V8 sits in there...and I like how it is all period, looks like a factory V8 under the bonnet...Lovely!

Hi everyone, thank for the compliments. It's so close now.. i can't wait to drive it! I'm trying to keep it all looking period, even found a period CB radio
for $20.... My girlfriend said what if it doesn't work...... I said it doesn't matter... As long as it looks right! ( It seems to work however.....Bonus!) Last weekend i went to quite a famous vintage wrecking yard down here.... http://www.horopitomotors.co.nz Lots and lots of vehicles from the 20's to the 80's.... and lots of NOS parts for loads of different vehicles, just no lists of whats there and not organised at all... Have to trawl through it all to find the gold. I just happened to come across a NOS Transit steering box housing...... $40! Will be going back again soon hopefully... Here are some pics i took, Enjoy !!
