Now I've started on the upgrade journey I'll try and keep it posted on here so it's all in one place.
This is how I purchased the van back in May...

Next up was a new steering wheel cover as the oem wheel was starting to get a bit flaky/sticky

Next up was to remove the old ply, bulkhead and seats
(Still need to remove the ramp to get last of the ply out)

New seats in. These actually didn't need much in the way of modding to fit. Just the 2 lugs ground off both the seat and the base, then two rivnuts inserted into holes already present on the base and bolted straight in

That is where I am at the moment, next job is to remove ramp, get rid of the last of the old ply, clean up the floor then insulate, ramp back in, and new floor down.

So, got my ramp out over the Xmas break, removed the rest of the old ply off the floor. Gave it a good clean out, and today got the insulation down on the floor. Next will be the new ply, rubber matting and getting the ramp back in

Thats a good size van you have there. V good internal height. The floor looks as if there is no damage at all. Obviously not been owned by a builder.
What caught my eye was the work you did on the dash.
I really like the flocking effect. Transforms it completely. hope I've typed that correctly :)
Is that easy to do? Expensive? Durable?

Thanks.

The flocking isn't easy to get right, that in the pics was one of my first attempts, and needs to be redone. It is pretty durable yes.

Prices vary depending on type of flock used etc, but expect to pay around £30-40 for the A pillars, £80-100ish for a full dash board.

Thanks for the info. The finish looks good. What goes wrong that would mean it needs re-doing? Does the flock and glue need to be stripped?

It went brittle and peeled off (possibly too much epoxy put down, maybe too much hardener in it), plus where I hadn't coloured the epoxy you could see it through the fibres.

Not much of a progress update as van has been off the road for the last couple weeks.

Dpf removed and mapped to suit, new injectors, and a new turbo (old one the shaft had snapped), plus a full service later and I've got it back. Will need brakes all round later in the year, plus 3 new tyres (I'm planning in fitting modulars and ATT's anyway)
