Know what you mean as the older headlights have a rounded lense. I'll see what I can come up with but thanks for your opinion

could u not use the plastic lens as a mould?
ie fill it with plaster then rub it down flat then make a fibre glass 1 ? just a thought

yes I could try and do that only im not good fibre glass, but with metal im a wizard lol

then use ure plaster cast as a metal temp plate?
