I had a lot of problems to sort out and now it seems i am getting somewhere
turbo was dead (snapped turbine shaft) so baught a brand new turbo for a 70ps and fitted, pipes were in different place so had to modify to fit (not to worry about the ps as that is mapped into the ecu)
oil breather from engine was cacking up the MAP sensor & sending into limp mode so I put a pipe of the breather and put down the chassis and blocked the breather intake to the turbo with a bolt and hose clip so now the intake manifold is getting boosted clean air with no oily crap and turbo works great. no smoke at all
