My MK7 MWB med roof GLX

Been named Boo

Started to sort the back out today,

fitted the LED lightbar to the roof

and started to fit the ICE install

was supprised when i looked behind the ply that the whole rear of the van is insulated so thats one less job

Got the box and 2 subs in today,

tomorrow i got to fit the 4 extra batteries, split charge, wiring for amps and pull the rest of the racking out :D

na its not :lol:

got some more done, batteries sat in but not wired, got to do a few tweaks on the sub box but nothing serious,

How do i split charge this van, noone can seem to tell me :(

You can buy a split charge kit from Ford, but after you fit it the van needs to go on IDS to configure it :( Its gives you the same setup as the Factory twin battery setup :)

done a bit more, batteries in, 4 new amps ordered, bed nearly built,

Just got to make the flush mountings for the amp and carpet and its pretty much there now :)

That looks like 18mm mdf? It'll flop around like a prick in a bucket with those subs.

Its fine, the box hardly moves at all, had it in tango like this and gurj had it in his blue on with 4 subs in and we all know how that sounded :wink: :wink:
