Not much of an update but I have now collected my new ford passenger rear door and I have got it fitted, so that’s two new genuine rear doors, going to put loads of wax oil in them to stop them rusting,

Apart from that I am just trying to collect more parts to carry on with the build,

Well I have been quite busy, but mainly dying in this heat but I have done a few more bits on my van,

I have now started to fill all the small gaps to sand back and allow the carpet to fit around nice smooth curves instead of sharp corners,

I have also now fitted the sink into it final position, and built the frame work around it so it’s nice and strong,

I have also made a rear door to allow access to under the sink so I can remove the fresh and waste containers,

Also a couple of pics of my new passenger’s rear door,

More to come over the next few days

Get some stainless capped screws for that sink as those ones will rust after a while
