Ok now on to todays work.

I got to work on the van about 11am, I started to remove the old floor but prob should have removed the bulkhead 1st

As you can see the floor underneath was manky so thought i'd give it a good clean

Once I got to this stage I went of to B&Q got my self some 12mm WPB exterior ply for the floor and racking which I will be doing tomorrow. Got back home and started measuring marking out and cutting.

And ended up with this.......

Then made up new wheel box covers and fitted them back in along with the bulkhead and upper section on the drivers side

Yeah I was surprised at how good the floor was considering the old lining looked like it was the 1st lining to be put in. The floor underneath was so dirty.

Will be updating again later on......

Got started on the racking today....

Started of trial fitting things in and rough size up, started at the bit wher the wheel box is...

Then on to the other section...

Then started fitting in the shelf facings...

Image

I used some spare bits of wood to make up some boxes to hold Sillycunt tubes

Image

Just need to fit the shelf facings on the back section of the racking & I got some 10mm X 15mm angled ally to finnish of the edges of the new wood on floor at the doors. Hopefully it will stop the wood gettin damaged.

Thats what its for steve but the bonus is you now have a place for everything so no more going around corners or braking and sounding like tin can full of bolts
