little update - aparently the reason for my van having 2 under bonnet servos is because one oparated the front brakes and one oparates the back brakes - does anyone have anything similar?? - its what the guy told me at the workshop

thats gonna be a nice van the money you spend on the welding buy a mig welder instead with a bit of practice youll be able to do it yourself. then youll have it for whatever you need to weld in future itll be money well spent and it dosnt take long to pick it up.im not the best welder in the world but its presentable and you can always grind back inperfections good luck with it
if its got tits or wheels its always gonna end in trouble !!!
anyone can restore a van but it takes a real man to chop it up !!!

pats right - once you can weld there's no looking back :D i taught myself to (mig) weld years back and once you get it set up and running right it's dead easy :D 95% of the time your cutting gringing bashing etc. then only 5% actually welding :D

main thing is waxoil it once its welded up :!:
