whats a runner ??

first thing to o is fix the engine it wont run :( :( :( :( cant be somthing big
than it will be an driven resto object
and last repaint the car
baby blue whti white stripe , roof , bumpers , turn and headlightscovers

With the sliding door on the driver's side - is it a conversion from a delivery van?

nope
the slidedoor was in holland only on special recuest an option
its an factory camper
