I've had my finger under the presser foot a couple of time but luckily havent hit the needle yet. One seamstress here has sewn through her fingernail :shock: so I try to work slowly enough not to do the same.

ah ha .... so thats what an original floor is supposed to look like :lol: ... mine has patches all over the place now :D

interesting how much you had to cut out of that to make the box fit, and not the same amount from each side ... you planning your own panels or got a mk3 to cough up the required panel ?

I cut a bit more out of each side and then back to the gear box crossmember and used a mk3 bulkhead and a 3" x18" strip to fill in below
the heater and welded it up and now it looks ACE

Transits the best thing since sliced bread :wink:
