which speedo cable for mt75 in mk1?

I have a 1974 Mk 1 transit twin wheeler with di and MT75 box. The inner cable on the speedo has now broken at the gearbox end, which cable fits as I need a replacement, either complete cable or new inner. The old cable doesn't look ancient so kind of surprised it broke....about half an inch from the gearbox end. The fitting at the speedo is the squeeze and push on type rather than screw-in. Is there a ready made cable I can order?
