Another wheel question

Im looking at getting some landrover wheels for my minibus and have them redrilled.

What is the best size to go for 15"or16" tall x 7"or8" wide

Can they all be redrilled or is there only certain kinds that are suitible for transits and redrilling?

What tyre size?

Any recomendations would be appreciated.

It depends if you intend to tow or not, if not then the bigger the better as far as Im concerned

Be aware tho your side door may not open fully!

Its a Mk2 so doors are not affected, its going to be used as a people carrier, no towing.
Just not sure if the 8" wide will rub on the strut or anything else?

whereabouts are you located decky

on a mk1/2 you can fit quite wide wheels on as they are the narrowest axles on all transits

it's the arches not the struts you need to be looking at with landy wheels

Im located in the Heathrow area.

Thanks for the info, it was the strut i was worried about, as for the arches if it comes to it they can always be rolled

Ive tried to find someone to redrill land rover wheels to transit pcd, but have hit a brick wall.
They either say its to dangerous to do and will be unsafe or they dont have the equiptment to do the job, one bloke said they could do it but it would cost £50-£60 per wheel.

Any ideas
