Greeks MK1 camper is astonishingly beautiful... One of the best.

I wonder how Mat is getting on with his version.

matstephenson wrote:i was told it was a cotswold camper but there was nothing to say on the vehicle. Its got a concord sticker on the badge aswell. Previous owner told me it was one of only five ever built and its been on Heartbeat (ITV Program) but I've no firm evidence to confirm any of it.

DDD 216K belonged to me in the early/mid 90’s.I got a relocation package at work and bought this for £1700 and lived in it for 2 years!
Back then it was a lovely 2 tone green,2.5 di engine,4 speed overdrive,I swapped this for a MT 75.She was some barge to get moving but when she did there was no stopping her!All upholstery had been redone, light green.I sold her 98 ish to Peter jolly’s circus, shortly afterwards it made its appearance on Heartbeat when Jolly’s were featured.I will have some photos somewhere and I will dig them out.
I did see it broken down a few years later so stopped to help,it was Jolly’s daughters living accommodation, the gearbox mounts had gone and sent the fan through the radiator.
