How long is a pice of string??!! The last one we bought was a front line ambulance, 20,000 miles on a V6 for £400, no T&T. Before that was the minbus, 60,000 (blown engine, replaced with a granny pinto) nine months tax and six months test for £100. Go figure. See them on member's transits. Keep an eye on ebay.

That's a shame, cos maybe you could swap the tranny for the corty!

I dont think alot of non-transit people know about the different between phase 1 & 2, they see them as transit vans, sometimes you get a 'Mk2' in the ad, but never seen what phase it is. (Unless your looking on it!)

I paid £225 for my 'C' reg phase2 130 LWB Minibus, but looked at a few vans before hand, they were overpriced scrap!

Think the best way, if you feel the price is right for the van, then get it, Mk2's are getting rare, grab a good one while you can! :D

The worst bit is when they put Mk1 in an ad and it's a Mk2, or Mk2 and it's a Mk3, cos they completely missed out the van from 65-78!!!
