Have you tried; https://www.brakesint.co.uk/contact_bolton.html

They had no problem supplying me with a master cylinder and rear wheel cylinders so are worth contacting. I have a MK2 servo ready to fit onto my MK1. It is a bit larger and after a test fitting found it fits straight on. This may be another option for you.

Before i forget, when I picked up my rebuilt mk2 master cylinder from contract auto, they mentioned that the mk1 servo shares lots of bits with dolomites for which they rebuild servos, there is apparently a non available fragile plastic cup around the push rod so dont bust that, but they are working on remanufacturing them so if you need bits then hopefully it'll improve soon.
