Repair or Replace?

Not sure if this is called a suspension hanger as theres another thread on them at the moment. But where could I get a replacement one of these? (The front leaf mount). It was completly rusted through where the square is chopped out.

If I can't I think I'll just weld in a good thick plate to strengthen it.

it's a spring hanger and I have seen worse! I would say repair it as what's left looks sound.

would you belive it, but when the bloke sold it to me, he said it was solid and that it had never been welded, he was right about the latter.
