how to paint a camper?

I though they were stainless, but BOLTON WANDERER's right, you need etching primer on them.

yep your write on a secound glanse they look stainless, but ally, stainless, galvanised, plastic, all need etch primer first.

They're definitely ally but I've polished them up a bit.

Originally they were painted a horrible dull brown like the panel between the side windows. I stripped the paint with nitromors intending to paint it white but then thought it looked pretty neat so decided to polish it up and leave it like that. I wondered whether it was legal (reflection of headlights behind) but there are loads of american style trailers that are polished aluminium finish so i guess it's OK.

Looks good to me too, and I would leave it. As you said there are the American campers and trailers that are all polished ally so it can't be illegal.

Heres wot I did 2 my camper.. A few rattle tins of spray paint an an graffiti artist... Had her for about a year now,, she's been the length and breadth of the country.. Brilliant festival bus.............
