orginal 1972 windscreen worth???


getting a new fitted this week as my seal leaks (i was owned a favour), just wonder if the old one was worth flogging or keeping???

Good morning :D Luke i have one here to you can have for free to :wink: :wink: :wink: ..its from a mk2 chassis cab type motorhome, i seem to remember that the chasssis cab screen has a slighly deeper drop than the van variant ie swb...ps its only 28 years old lol... Bill :D :D :D

Trust me, they are exactly the same. As to the original subject, keep it as a spare but be careful if you re fit, we broke 2 trying to match an old screen with a new rubber, use a screen and rubber of the same age. We just had a new screen in one of ours, it was £85 fitted, thanks Grey Van Man!

nah ... just call in an expert in Fred, so much easier, Grey van man did mine for me :) ... old screen, new seal, sorted :)
