Just been for the MOT

Postby excalibur » Mon Jun 23, 2008 8:42 pm

Well, the Mk1 Ci camper I bought off Wolfie last year and forgot about was taken for its MOT today. Didn't do anything to it, just took it so I could get a list of jobs to do and then crack on with them.

Well bugger me if it went straight through with just an advise on an exhaust mounting

Just fitted a radio and off round Scotland at the weekend now......how chuffed am I :D

Pleased for you mate, you since got the V4 in there? Glad the old girl is still rolling on.

Where exactly did you fit your radio. I want to build in a radio in my mk1, but it won't fit into the hole, where the ashtray is right now, this hole is to high. I was thinking about cutting a new hole right behind the bar in front of the passanger-seat, above the glove compartment.

Does anybody else have experience with this, or maybe a better idea?
