mk2 German camper van ???

Hello everyone, I own a mk6 van so I'm not fron over here but a friend of mine has just picked up a mk2 German man left hand drive camper van with the roof you can lift up with a double bed in it which then makes it a four birth .

Question is , is it worth doing up, how much are they worth when done ???

we'd need to see pics but most vans are worth doing up.also depends how much he paid in the first place as to whether he'd make a profit.

looks a nice van to me ... what do you mean is it worth doing up ? is it a runner ? mot,d ? what needs done beyond tidying up the body and paint .

Definitely not worth doing up.

Tell your mate I'll clear it out his way for a pony.
But don't let anyone else know or they'll think I'm soft in the head.

It will have mot in a day or two, needs a bit of work to tidy it up,

Also he is thinking of converting it to rhd.

So what are they worth when they are done, he doesn't know what to do with it, either sell it on for a quick buck, keep it , or do it up nice and then either sell it or keep it for a while and sell it.

It all depends on what the value is.

a nice one sold last year 2500,, it depends how much money needs spending on it and a lhd one wont sell easy look at all the fire vans that keep appearing on ebay unless he wants it for himself stick it on ebay and it should find its worth
