She actually accelerates up hills in 3rd and 4th where before she would crawl up in 2nd gear
She buzed around the Highlands for a couple of days and didn't miss a beat - it was absolutely fantastic to drive this van compared to how she has been in the last 3 years.
I even managed to overtake a couple of cyclists this time
Lots and lots of money spent - but worth every penny
The temp needle has also dropped and is now settling to just over halfway, no matter what the driving conditions, so I hope after a couple more hundred miles she will sit on the half way mark.
I'll try to take better photos at the Scottish Forum Meet later this week (if it's sunny enough)
But she is finally doing what she was built to do - take me on holiday
I did buy a new temp sensor, but it did not work at all
The new one was listed as a V4 Corsair and came with a blue top and B600 stamped on it, where as the old one (which still works) has B750 on it
