yep toughened can be cut from a template if flat :!: i have a pair of 68 front doors to pick up and the glass may still be in em so if your still stuck in a few weeks let me know

Mk1 and Mk2 glass is the same, it just depends what winder mechanism you have, the different winders have different tracks at the bottom. The Mk1 is a U shaped channel, the Mk2 has a flat fan shaped metal arm. The quarter light and main glass is the same shape. I am assuming this is for hinged doors.

I spoke yesterday to Uroglass.They reckon there is no problem with supplies of any glass for the Mk1 or Mk2 transits.

I dont have prices.Another place who reckon they can supply is www.automotiveglass.com.Both companies are distributors/manufacturers.
