saw what I would swear was a mk1 with the 4x4 gear on today...

had wood slat tipper body on and appeared to be loaded so still earnings its keep no doubt

Retrowalla, yes mate that's what the list is for, on this thread we can add Mk1s and Mk2s we have seen, but don't own, the how many left thread is a list only, and no chat.

Ah right so mine wont count then but there is a 83 motor home in my street so that makes up for it!

a mate of mine just got a 79 mk2 ex australia post van.it has slide doors and 2 litre cortina motor.its even got its cargo barrier still fitted.he plays in a band and went with a transit after he saw the room in mine.will try to get a pic up of his van soon.or get him to join the forum..

am I insulting someone by saying theres a transit near me of a certain type?

I can see at least two of them Rottie, I even replied it sounded like a county and was rare. Scroll up the thread and you will see them mate.

Saw a s2 mk2 bever tail today being flogged uphill with a rotten scrapper on the back,( pulling a respectable 60mph) i couldnt help but stick my head out the window to smell the half burnt 10w40 that was filling the air :D
