Whats the right way round ?

Want to fit my rear axle today but bugger me if I can work out what way the leaf springs fit.
The Haynes manual picture shows the clamp band at the rear of the van, but the curly bit on the lower spring is on the band end & that looks like it should be forward facing. Hope the pictures explain better than I have !

This is the page from the parts manual which does not actually show your exact spring type. But both the ones shown have the curly end at the front from the position of the shock mounting.

Maybe of some help.... or not

The bolt holes should be different sizes so should only fit one way

Thanks, you are both right.
I'm also thick as I didn't realize the difference in the bolt sizes, derrrrrrr.
Funnily enough, I had noticed the front ones though. Cheers, hopefully fitting them tomorrow. Starting to come back together now & feeling a lot happier.
