MK2 Minibus for restoration ?

Hi all,
ive been offered a rare 1984 MK2 Minibus, in need of a full complete restoration.

unfortunately I do not have the complete funds to perform a restoration anytime soon
so therefore looking for advise or maybe even assistance from anyone willing to get
some paid weekend work ? lots of welding required.

The bus chassis is in bad condition as is the bodywork, all the bodywork panels will
require replacing. There's an inner and outer skin riveted together. the section around
the front window and roof are fibreglass. only 1 crack in the fibreglass can be found.

The floor is only wood and requires replacing anyway so access to chassis can be made
from above aswell.

engine runs ok, and engine bay isnt too bad condition.

pics attached any advise or help appreciated. If i were to take it on it would at the
moment likely be stored in a storage unit in Hereford as thats my only lead so far..
