transit MK1 diesel

Hi,

I'm new here, I registered because I'm having a transit MK1 that I'm going to make ready for the road again.

I'm starting to get it through the APK here in Holland.
I need to do this to drive it on the road.

Almost done with al the repairings the next think happens.
A few days ago everything was working well (electrical stuf)
I placed 2 brand new batteries and brake lines.

Now my ventilator of the heater and the directional lights are nog going on anymore.
The fuses are in a good condition.
Dow anyone knows what this could be?
