Help with Mk2 Transit Vin Number Please

I’m trying to register my Mk2 190 Van I’ve just imported from Malta , it has 12 Digit Bin number - *BDVVAR376830*

I’m trying to find out the actual date of Manufacture

Van is a 190 LWB Twin Wheeler

Any help or direction greatly appreciated

Yes I have that but if I can get exact build date it makes a difference to registration, foreign log book only says 1980 no month etc , I think it’s actually a 79 so that’s why I’m looking for a bit of help
