Do anybody knows where does situated Transit Mk1 frame number? The car is shipped to Finland as new in 1975. I just used it at the inspection office in Finland. There was nothing wrong with the car but it's driving ban until I can show the frame number. And I don't mean those aluminium plates which are still originally place...

Should be stamped into one of he door steps on rhd van on the drivers side if the steps have being replaced may have gone

The chassis or frame number is stamped into the left front spring hanger, you might have to scrape or wire brush the paint to read it.

Thanks for answers! It really was there on left front spring hanger! I needed to take all the paint of from that area and after cleaning it was possible to see.
