Mk2 Coach built campervan

Postby johnwilkinson100 » Tue Apr 07, 2020 8:25 pm

Hi, good to be a part of the group. We’ve been renovating a Mk2 coach-built camper 1983 for the last year. Unfortunately 3 lads broke into the yard and smashed a couple of windows the other night. Just wondering if anyone on here knows what the original body type caravan bits were used on the coach-built vans of this era or may even have some for sale, fingers crossed lol...cheers

the makers will be long gone but a good glazier or plant / vehicle glass company should be able to make some

Those frames prob come apart get new glass cut or do it yourself with a good quality perspex, but if you do that make sure you get the non brittle type, easier to cut I got the first i saw & it was quite brittle had to be carefull when cutting. Just a suggestion!!!!
