Mk1 transit suspension upgrade

Hi everyone, I’m a new member, just embarking on a mk1 transit build.

I want to change the front suspension for coil overs and disk brakes. Has any members done this and can anybody recommend a good way to do this.
I:e donor vehicle parts etc
