mK 1 Dash Switches

Postby Martin5915 » Sun Nov 11, 2007 6:23 pm

My Mk 1 has the usual switches on the dash panel, Fan, Lights Hazard, Wipers and wash, is it possible to get new ones or replacements which show what the switch is for ?

I know this sounds silly, but have you tried taking them out and cleaning them? If the impressed icon is till there after cleaning, try filling it in again with a tippex pen, then coating it with clear nail varnish to seal it. Fiddly but it will make them look a lot better.
